Will you take the hard path ?

Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, or Brian Chesky recently. What do these guys have in common? No, not the fact that they are all super-rich, but they all start from very humble beginnings. The internet has democratized the possibility of success more than we think. The only question is: Will you take the hard path?

Amazon 2014, Tesla 2003, Facebook 2004, Airbnb 2008 – 18 Years is the time it took for these 4 founders to reach Billionaire’s status. creating a successful business indeed requires much talent and a pinch of luck. Nevertheless, you have to accept the hard path because it is never a given outcome. 

The simple way to describe this path is to consider the analogy of climbing a mountain for the first time. First, you have a high-level idea of what you want to achieve. Second, you plan for the goal, and everything you do is by design and reach a desirable outcome. Thirdly, your business public and start to face challenges. This also means you have almost reached the summit, and despite the lack of oxygen, you can continue climbing

because you are resilient. Finally, you reach the summit, and all people see is a success. However, for you is the result of hard work and sacrifice.

Financing an idea is indeed a primary challenge in Africa. But, being able to answer the question above can make a big difference.
